Pricing Structure

We’ve noticed that a lot of Customers with previous Fleet Management Software interaction are very inquisitive about our cost structure.  It seems that many other companies charge for things like customer support, installation and yearly maintenance.  We don’t do that.  

With Fleetio, what you see is what you get.  Our price per month is the total for all of your vehicles, and it will never change.  Even as we continue to add awesome features to Fleetio, your price will stay the same - no other fees to worry about.  And you can even try us out for free with no commitment!

How Secure is Fleetio?

Our software resides in the “Cloud” which means that it is entirely web-based.  You can access Fleetio from anywhere through most major web browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.  When you enter data into Fleetio, it is stored on secure servers.  

Keeping your information safe is a top priority for us, and we take it very seriously. At Fleetio, we protect your data in the same way your bank would; by encryption.
