Multiple users and roles per account
Fleetio lets you work together as a team to manage your fleet. With everyone in the loop, it's more likely that fleet vehicles will stay healthy and last longer.
You can add as many users as you'd like to your Fleetio account. User roles let you define who can view and/or manage vehicle data, and who can only receive reminder notifications.
Role Details
- "Viewer" role let's you give read-only access to certain users.
- “Manager” users can manage vehicle-related information, but only for certain vehicles and/or locations.
- Users with the "Admin" role can manage all vehicles in the account, plus you can control admin access to the Account Settings and User Management areas.
- "Notifications" users can receive maintenance and renewal reminder notification emails, but can't actually log in to view or manipulate any data.
