Multiple Users Per Account
New in AutoMate: Add users to your account to make vehicle maintenance more collaborative
One our our biggest goals with AutoMate is to make it easy for stakeholders at a businesses to collaborate on fleet maintenance, and share information with one another. With the new AutoMate release, we’re one step closer to that goal.
You can now invite anyone with an email address to join your AutoMate account. This means key stakeholders such as the fleet manager, financial team, individual drivers and executives can all access the same information from wherever they are, and remain up-to-date on the status of the fleet.
User Roles
For now, we’ve tried to keep it simple and only introduced two roles in the multi-user functionality:
- Manager: These are people who can enter data, administer automobiles, add/remove users, or change account settings (except for billing information).
- Notifications Only: These people can only receive emails for service reminders. They cannot actually log in to the account and enter any data.
We’re pretty excited about the release of this new feature as it lays the foundation for people within companies to work together to manage and track their fleet’s maintenance schedule.
We’ll continue to make it better and better based on your feedback.
