We launched Fleetio in 2012 with tiered pricing based on fleet size. Every tier included all features. Most of our customers had less than 50 vehicles, and we had several price tiers to accommodate smaller fleets.
Since then, we've added a lot of advanced features to Fleetio and gained some great traction with larger fleets. And we've learned some things about our tier-based pricing model: it didn't scale well for larger customers (not enough tiers) and not all customers wanted all the advanced features.
We've been busy reworking our pricing model. Today we're launching per-vehicle pricing and two plans: Basic and Advanced.
What's changing?
- You're only charged for the number of active vehicles on your account plus a small base fee (archived vehicles aren't counted).
- Our fuel card integration is now part of the Advanced plan, not charged as an add-on anymore.
- You can switch to an annual plan and save 10% at anytime.
As an existing customer, these changes will not directly affect you unless you choose to switch to one of our new plans. You can stay on your existing plan as long as you like.
