Now available for Fleetio Manage Advanced Plan subscribers, our latest telematics integration links important data from your KeepTruckin devices with Fleetio, helping to keep all systems up to date and making it easy to automate fleet management tasks and workflows.
Automatically Sync DVIR Defects
If you use KeepTruckin to conduct DVIRs (driver vehicle inspection reports), you’ll be able to automatically sync defects from your KeepTruckin DVIRs into Fleetio, so you can quickly manage and resolve vehicle issues from anywhere.
Defects are sent from KeepTruckin to Fleetio hourly and Fleetio automatically opens an issue for each. Handle reported defects all in one place, route issues to technicians with Work Orders or resolve them with Service Entries, to stay on top of issues as they arise.
Automatic Odometer Updates
Keep your mileage and preventive maintenance triggers up-to-date! Odometer readings automatically sync every day at midnight (in your account’s time zone), or you can manually trigger a sync at any time with one click.
GPS Location of Vehicles
Track vehicle location in Fleetio. See a fleet vehicle’s current location and driving status at any time on the vehicle profile page within the Fleetio user interface.
Manage DTC Codes
Don’t rely on drivers to tell you if their “check engine” light is on! Get an email notification when new fault codes are detected by your KeepTruckin devices, and create an Issue in Fleetio with one click (or choose to ignore it).
Fuel Location Exceptions
Ever been suspicious of fuel theft? Now fuel card transactions are automatically compared against actual vehicle locations, and geolocation differences exceeding a certain threshold are flagged. Get a daily email summary and detailed map visualization of each occurrence.
We hope this new integration helps you further track and automate your fleet management activities! Fleetio now has 15 integrations (and counting) with popular telematics providers: view them all.
