New in AutoMate: Store documents & add notes to any vehicle

Happy Friday! We’ve just rolled out some new features to AutoMate that make it an even better repository for all things related to your fleet.

Upload Documents

You can now easily & securely store documents for a particular automobile in AutoMate. Things like the bill of sale, insurance records, and other files can be uploaded “to the cloud” so they’re quickly available wherever you are.

Vehicle Notes

Use the new notes feature to record extra information and comments about a vehicle. This is useful for all the random things you want to remember about an automobile, but don’t have a good place to store. Track things like driver changes, small repairs and add-ons, or anything else that you want to keep up with.
