As Fleet and Safety Manager Dennis Winter explains, they have three main service areas: "We do waste management, industrial services and remediation work."
Their industrial services division is an important revenue generator, providing planned maintenance for customers' production lines during scheduled downtime. For these clients, every hour of unplanned downtime is costly: "For some of our customers, every day that the production line is down, it's costing them up to a million dollars a day," Dennis notes.
