What was really key for us is the smaller equipment had a tendency to be allocated to our field users at the start of a project. But by the time that project ended, that equipment had changed hands so many times. Fleetio brought to our team a unique ability to track those movements and put the ownership back on the operators.

Our repair cost was above half a million dollars for sure. And we had a smaller fleet then. I would say now we've minimized that down to around $350,000 or so [with Fleetio].

When I was looking through everything, what we had to do, what our goals were, what our mission was as a company and how we operated, I quickly gravitated towards Fleetio… The ability to be able to track that separately from chassis to either label it or through VMRS, be able to kind of slice down into the different areas of our repairs and maintenance to our vehicles was huge.
